His Excellency Eng. Jamal Abdulaziz Al Alawi, Secretary General of Bahrain Tender Board, met with Eng. Badr bin Salem Al Maamari, Secretary General of the Tender Board in the sisterly Sultanate of Oman.

 

During the meeting, Mr. Al Alawi emphasised the deep brotherly bonds that unite the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman across various fields, particularly in economic and commercial areas.

 

He further highlighted the Bahrain Tender Bard’s commitment to achieving the objectives of Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030 by accelerating the pace of infrastructure project completion and providing support for sustainable economic development. The Secretary General also stressed the Board’s role in enhancing the business environment in the Kingdom to make it more efficient and attractive for investment flows and projects of all sizes.

 

The meeting also explored ways to enhance bilateral cooperation and improve coordination between the two sides, aiming for best practices in the field of government tenders.

 

At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Al Alawi praised the Omani hospitality and warm reception, reiterating the Board’s commitment to continue coordinating and cooperating with their brothers in the sisterly Sultanate of Oman.
