The Equal Opportunities Committee of the Tender Board held its regular meeting, chaired by Eng. Reema Isa AlSaffar, Director, Technical Evaluation and Chair of the Committee.
The meeting discussed the Committee's operational plan and initiatives for the second half of the year, including plans and projects to enhance women's inclusion and achieve gender balance within the Board.
The meeting also reviewed achievements in expanding opportunities to support women's advancement in various departments and sections of the Board. Furthermore, the meeting discussed a number of ideas and proposals aimed at continuing to meet the aspirations of women within the Board and promoting equal opportunities, with a focus on supporting incentive policies in this regard.
