His Excellency Mr. Jamal Abdulaziz Al Alawi, Secretary General of Bahrain Tender Board, stressed the importance of scientific studies and research in supporting the comprehensive development process in various fields, pointing out that education is one of the important pillars in refining employees’ skills and raising the level of practical experience, which is reflected positively on their performance in various workplaces.

This came while His Excellency received Miss. Sara Abdulnoor Ismaeel, Head of Financial Resources and Revenue at Bahrain Tender Board, who recently received a master’s degree with merit in management engineering from the College of Engineering at George Washington University, USA.

During the meeting, Miss. Abdulnoor presented a copy of the thesis she prepared on Case Study for Analysing The Effects Of Digital Communication In Project Management During Covid-19 Pandemic in Bahrain" to HE Mr. Al Alawi.

On this occasion, His Excellency congratulated the researcher for this academic achievement, expressing his pride in the outstanding efforts made by the cadres of Bahrain Tender Board in various fields, praising the recommendations and analysis included in the master's thesis that contribute to the development of work efficiency and its outputs, wishing her continued success.

For her part, Miss. Abdulnoor expressed gratitude and appreciation to HE the Secretary General for his endless support and encouragement to all staff members of Bahrain Tender Board.
