Bahrain Tender Board (BTB), in coordination with the Ministry of Health, has recently organised a seasonal influenza vaccination campaign for members of the Board’s General Secretariat at the BTB headquarters. The campaign aimed at promoting health awareness and preserving the health and safety of BTB members, to prevent complications from seasonal influenza, and to encourage proper behaviour.

Commenting on this occasion, Eng. Jamal Abdulaziz Al Alawi, Secretary General of Tender Board, expressed its gratitude and appreciation for the tireless efforts exerted by the Ministry of Health to protect the health and safety of community members through the adoption of a strategic national framework aimed at enhancing the quality of life of the citizens and residents in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Furthermore, he emphasised that organising this campaign comes within the framework of the Board’s strategy aimed at organising preventive campaigns that promote a better healthy life, raising the level of public health among its members for a preventive, safe and health-committed work environment and emphasising the importance of healthy preventive practices.
