The scope of work will include, but is not limited to, preventive maintenance, corrective or breakdown maintenance activities including swapping of units, refurbishment of idle BPUs if any, unit removal and reinstallation for work over activities, supply of spares or materials, new beam pumping unit assembly and installation, and new beam pumping electrical, instrumentation, and civil hook up.

1.1 "Bidder shall have the necessary experience and sound technical knowledge in all aspects of the work and associated equipment, with a minimum of five years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, specifically in BPU installation, operations, and maintenance. This includes preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, POC configuration, diagnostic tasks, optimization activities such as shoot fluid level jobs, and automation tasks.
The bidder is required to provide the following:
A list of past experiences and/or copies of past and current awarded contracts.
A written confirmation letter, accompanied by supporting evidence, demonstrating a minimum of five years of experience in the installation, assembly, and commissioning of new beam pumps."
1.2 Bidder to confirm in written letter that they are willing to accept or execute the Contract with any of the three options that Company decides to award-namely either Blanket Package Rate or Unit rate option or Mixed basis including providing rates for 5 years back up spares and providing documentary evidence of arrangement with OEM for supply of Spares.
1.3 Bidder Shall provide proof of past experience in E&I (Electrical "HV and/or LV" and Instrument) hook-ups related to BPU jobs. A confirmation letter is required as proof of this experience
