سوف يستبعد العطاء الذي تقل فيه مدة الضمان الفني عن 5 سنوات من تاريخ التشغيل الفعلي وليس التوريد وينظر في العطاء الذي لا تقل فيه مدة الضمان الفني عن خمس سنوات في ضوء المواصفات الفنية والاشتراطات المدرجة بمستندات المناقصة.
سوف يستبعد العطاء الذي تزيد فيه مدة توفير الاجهزة عن ستين يوماً، وينظر في العطاء الذي لا تزيد فيه مدة التوريد عن ستين يوماً.
سوف يستبعد العطاء الذي لم يوفر العينات أو الكتالوجات أو المواصفات التوضيحية الكاملة الخاصة بالأصناف، وكذلك العطاءات التي لم توفر عينات بالحجم الطبيعي طبق الأصل ومطابقة للمواصفات الفنية المطلوبة في الموعد المحدد.
سوف يستبعد العطاء الذي يقدم مواصفات أقل من المطلوب.

Any bid offering less than 5 years of technical warranty from the actual date of operation, not delivery, will be rejected. Bids offering a minimum of 5 years of technical warranty will be considered in light of the technical specifications and requirements listed in the tender documents.
Any bid offering a delivery period exceeding 60 days will be rejected. Bids with a delivery period of 60 days or less will be considered.
Any bid that fails to provide samples, catalogs, or complete specifications for the items, as well as bids that do not provide full-size original samples matching the required technical specifications by the specified deadline, will be rejected.
Any bid offering specifications lower than those required will be rejected.
