The purpose of this RFP is to replace the existing screens in the meeting halls with two new professional LED display screens that offer greater efficiency and advanced technical specifications. These screens will be utilized for presenting work materials such as videos, documents, presentations, and for conducting online meetings in the main council meeting halls 4 and 6 .
