| BAC through this RFP is seeking proposals from bidders for providing a proper solution to implement mechanical/motorized dampers for the smoke exhaust fans, purge fans, and staircase pressurization fans. BAC has provided in this RFP the specifications required and the Successful Bidder is expected to cover the requirements listed in the documents. This RFP should be read carefully, and all requirements should be clearly met. Mandatory Requirements The Bidders shall meet the mandatory requirements mentioned in BTB’s portal and the tender advertisement to qualify for the technical/financial evaluation. 1. Bidders shall have experience in design and installation of HVAC systems as per ASHRAE standard and Civil Defense Standards. 2. Bidders shall have experience in the installation of mechanical/motorized dampers ASHRAE standard and Civil Defense Standards. 3. Bidders to submit GOSI certificate to verify that all the staff are on his payroll. 4. All BOQ is to be filled comprehensively. 5. The bidder shall submit an audited financial statement for the year of 2021 and 2022. 6. The bidder shall participate in a site visit to see the working area/site. |
