Brief Scope in English:
Bapco Refining intends to award a three (3) years contract for the Provision of Drycleaning and Laundry Services to Awali Hospital and Refinery Clinic and hereby invites competitive bids through Public Tendering Method for selecting a successful bidder. The Contractor shall provide Dry cleaning and Laundry Services for three years under the contract.

شركة بابكو للتكرير منح عقد مدته ثلاث (3) سنوات لتوفير خدمات التنظيف الجاف والغسيل لمستشفى العوالي وعيادة المصفاة ، وبموجب ذلك تدعو إلى تقديم عطاءات تنافسية من خلال طريقة المناقصة العامة لاختيار مقدم العطاء الفائز. يجب على المقاول توفير خدمات التنظيف الجاف والغسيل لمدة ثلاث سنوات بموجب العقد.

| 1.1 | Bidder must submit a copy ofcertificate issued by NHRA confirming that the bidding entity meets with allthe requirements of NHRA to provide such services. |
| 1.2 | Bidder must have a minimum ofthree (03) years’ experience in providing Laundry and Dry-Cleaning servicesto any of the major hospitals (such as Awali Hospital, American Mission, BDF,Bahrain International and Salmanya Hospital) or equivalent. Copies of agreement/ Purchase Orders / reference letters or equivalent shall be submitted asevidence of the past experience. |
| 1.3 | Bidder must have at least twodelivery van (in case one van undergoes for maintenance a spare van must beavailable) along with the crew to pick-up and deliver the linens. There is afunctional separation inside the van for clean and used linen during transportand delivery. Copy of the registration certificate of the vehicle shall besubmitted along with the bid as evidence. |
