The Authority is seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified consultant company to provide the Authority with consultancy services with regards to the enhancement and.or replacement of the Authority current Enterprise Resource Planning ERP system.
The TRA is seeking to achieve the following objectives in issuing this RFP:
1- The best solution for the provision of these services, particularly in relation to the efficiency and quality of delivery of services.
2- To ensure that the services are carried out subject to an appropriate standard of care, given the nature and requirements of the project.
3- To obtain the highest quality services for the best overall value.
4- To obtain and ensure that the services conform with all relevant specifications.
Mandatory Requirements:
The TRA will disqualify any proposals not fulfilling the following criteria:
The project manager must have at least 10 years of managing ERP projects with a relevant financial and technical background. Additionally, the project manager must provide at least 5 successful implementations with the relevant references to contact.
