Bilaj Al Jazayer Real Estate Development W.L.L. is issuing this tender to Specialized contractors with the required experience in providing The Construction and Maintenance works of the Beach Club at Bilaj Al Jazayer. The scope of works for the project comprises of and includes but not limited to the construction of the: Main Block, Service Block, Swimming Pool, External Works that includes Hard and Soft Landscaping works, Site Mains, Including Electrical, Street Lighting System Water Supply, Drainage etc within the cartilage of the plot in accordance with terms and conditions stated in the attached tender documents.

Mandatory Criteria:
The bidder participating in this tender, should be Grade “A” Building Contractor or above, approved through the Ministry of Works, with a valid license at the time of the published date.
