RFP Objectives

The objective of this RFP is to offer the Council of Representatives  COR  to replace the old air conditioning system  CRAC  in the data center with new state of the art Air Conditioning system with humidity controlling and High availability to withstand failures in case of a single unit failure. Specific expectation is a modular row-based computer room DX precision cooling system, that will automatically monitor and control heating  cooling, humidifying  dehumidifying, and filtering functions for the critical Data Center Server Room space

 The system shall be built to the highest quality engineering and manufacturing standards and shall be floor mounted and configured for horizontal airflow  with draw-through ai pattern to provide uniform air distribution over the entire face of the coil InRow infrastructure

يهدف طلب تقديم العروض هذا إلى عرض استبدال نظام تكييف الهواء القديم  CRA  في مركز البيانات بنظام تكييف هواء جديد ومتطور، يتميز بتحكم في الرطوبة وتوافر عالٍ لتحمل الأعطال في حال تعطل وحدة واحدة. ومن المتوقع تحديدًا توفير نظام تبريد دقيق قائم على الصفوف  DX  في غرفة حاسوب  يراقب ويتحكم تلقائيًا في وظائف التدفئة والتبريد والترطيب وإزالة الرطوبة والتصفية في مساحة مركز البيانات غرفة الخادم الحيوية  يجب بناء النظام وفقًا لأعلى معايير الجودة الهندسية والتصنيعية  ويجب تثبيته على الأرضية وتهيئته لتدفق هواء أفقي  مع نمط سحب من خلال نظام AI  لتوفير توزيع هواء موحد على كامل سطح الملف؛ البنية التحتية للصفوف الداخلية  InRow

 Mandatory Requirements

The following requirements are mandatory to be met to evaluate the vendor. If they are not met by the vendor, the proposal will be excluded before evaluation process.

·         Vendors must answer all questions in appendix 2 which included in the scope of work document to evaluate them. Venders fails to submit the required will be dropped from the Selection list before evaluation

·         All points below are required and mandatory to pass the evaluation process. If you do not comply with any of the matching points in Appendix 02, the proposal will be excluded from the evaluation selection list.
