This project is intended to retrofit obsolete Protection relays which are installed for protection of 220kV & 66kV Power Transformer in ETD HV Substations, these Protection are in services for more than 30 years for the which is far above their life cycle age. These relays are showing frequent failure during routine maintenance and inspections. Failure of these relays cannot be detected at the time failure due to lack of self-supervis on.

Mandatory/Essential Requirements:
1. The tenderer shall provide Protection Relays that fully comply with EWA ETD specifications, as outlined in the attached list below
2. The tenderer is required to submit a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming a 10-year warranty for the product
