طرح مناقصة التأمين الصحي لموظفي الهيئة لعام واحد فقط. تشمل التغطية للموظف وأسرته (الزوج/الزوجة والأبناء). يشمل التأمين الطبي.
قائمة مُقدّمي خدمات الشبكة المُقدّمة، والتي يجب أن تُدرج فيها جميع المستشفيات الرئيسية: مستشفى الإرسالية الأمريكية، مستشفى عوالي، مستشفى قوة دفاع البحرين، مركز محمد بن خليفة بن سلمان آل خليفة لأمراض القلب، مستشفى البحرين التخصصي، مستشفى الملك حمد الجامعي، مستشفى ابن النفيس، مستشفى نور التخصصي، مستشفى رويال البحرين، المركز الطبي الجامعي - مدينة الملك عبدالله الطبية، مستشفى كيمز هيلث (مستشفى كيمز البحرين)، مستشفى الدكتورة هيفاء للعيون، مستشفى الملك حمد للإرسالية الأمريكية، مستشفى السلام التخصصي.
في حال عدم تقديم أي من المستشفيات المذكورة أعلاه، فسيتم استبعاده لأنها الزامية.
insurance tender for the employees of the SIO for one year. The coverage will be for the employee of SIO and his / her family (Spouse and Children). The medical insurance in a summary includes standard out-patient, standard in-patient pre-existing, Chronic diseases, Dental, Optical (glasses & lenses) and maternity Benefits and all other relevant benefits as mentioned on the RFP.
