Scope of work (Arabic):
توريد وتسليم أنابيب وصفائح فولاذية عالية الجودة مطلوبة لنظام المشعل الحراري RHL خلال أنشطة الفحص والصيانة الدورية لعام 2026 الخاصة بشركة بابكو. يجب أن تتوافق جميع المواد مع المعايير والمواصفات الصناعية المعتمدة لضمان المتانة والسلامة وسلامة التشغيل. يتعين على مقدم العطاء تقديم جميع المستندات اللازمة، بما في ذلك شهادات المواد وتقارير ضمان الجودة. يعد التسليم في الوقت المحدد إلى بابكو للتكرير أمرًا بالغ الأهمية لضمان التوافق مع برنامج الفحص والصيانة المجدول. كما يجب على مقدم العطاء الالتزام بجميع المتطلبات الموضحة في الملف رقم 1 (المواصفات ونطاق العمل).
Scope of work (English):
To supply and deliver high-quality pipes and steel plates required for the RHL Flare system during Bapco’s 2026 Turnaround and Inspection activities. All materials must comply with applicable industry standards and specifications to ensure durability, safety, and operational integrity. The bidder shall provide all necessary documentation, including material certificates and quality assurance reports. Timely delivery to Bapco Refining is critical to align with the scheduled T&I program. The bidder shall also comply with all requirements outlined in File No. 1 (Specifications and Scope of Work).
Evaluation Criteria (English):
Only bids complying with Bapco’s technical specifications will be considered for 70% commercial and 30% technical (delivery) criteria.
