The Ministry of Finance and National Economy (MoFNE) seeks the submission of proposals for the Leasing of Heavy Motor Vehicles for around 55 governmental entities, in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP).
This is a centralized tender that can be awarded to more than one supplier (multiple suppliers), so that each supplier is responsible for providing part of the required services by the government entities.
Accordingly, we encourage Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to participate in this tender.
Bidders must note the following:
1- Bidders must be able to provide the offered vehicles within a maximum of 90 days from the date of signing the supplemental agreement.
2- Bidders must have at least 5 years of experience in the car leasing industry.
Bidders are also advised to have a valid Commercial Registration (CR) that includes activities relevant to this tender, specifically vehicle leasing activities.
تتطلع وزارة المالية والاقتصاد الوطني إلى الحصول على عطاءات مناسبة لاستئجار المركبات الثقيلة لحوالي 55 جهة حكومية، وذلك وفقاً لما هو مذكور في المستندات الخاصة بهذه المناقصة.
تتميز المناقصات المركزية بإمكانية ترسيتها على أكثر من مورد، بحيث يكون كل مورد مسؤول عن توفير جزء من الخدمات المطلوبة من قبل الجهات الحكومية.
وعليه فإننا نشجع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على المشاركة في هذه المناقصة.
يجب على مقدمي العروض ملاحظة ما يلي:
1- يجب أن يكون المورد قادر على توفير المركبات خلال 90 يوم بحد أقصى من تاريخ توقيع العقد التكميلي.
2- يجب أن تكون لدى المورد خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال تأجير المركبات.
كما يراعى أن يكون لدى المورد سجل تجاري (CR) ساري المفعول يتضمن أنشطة ذات صلة بهذه المناقصة، ويشمل تحديدًا أنشطة تأجير المركبات.
