Manama Retro Festival
Bahrain Tourism and Exhibition Authority (BTEA) is working on creating a new concept that aims to bring back the nostalgia of Souq Al Manama back in the retro era. We are aiming to have a series of events that caters in tackling several accepts in the souq which create a positive foot fall in the area. The bidder will propose a list of ideas that caters the retro theme showcasing it in the of that era.
If the bidder has no relevant CR activity as per the below - it will not be considered in this Tender, it be suspended and not evaluated:
CR Activity/s as per the following or other equivalent activity that matches the scope of work will be acceptable:
- Operation of concert and theatre halls and other art facilities
- Organization of conventions, events, and trade shows
- Organization of conventions, events, and trade shows - Offices for Organizing tourism festivals

تسعى هيئة البحرين للسياحة والمعارض للحصول على العطاءات من الشركات والموردين لإنشاء مفهوم جديد يهدف إلى إعادة روح الماضي إلى سوق المنامة. الفعالية تهدف إلى إقامة سلسلة من الانشطة التي تسعى الي تنشيط المتاجر في السوق والتي تخلق حياة في المنطقة. على المورد ان يقدم الأفكار التي تلائم الانشطة المطروحة كما هو موضح في وثائق المناقصة.
على الشركات الراغبة في تقديم عروضها ان تمتلك أحد الانشطة التجارية المدونه ادناه اوما يعادلها:
- تنظيم المؤتمرات والمعارض التجارية
- تنظيم المؤتمرات والمعارض التجارية - مكاتب لإقامة المهرجانات السياحية
- إدارة الحفلات والمسارح والمعارض الفنية وغيرها من المنشآت الفنية
