Mandatory Criteria
Bidders who do not meet the following mandatory criteria will be eliminated and will not be evaluated technically or financially:
- Bidders must be Grade (A) licensed by the Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions or equivalent in the country of registration.
- Bidders must have previous experience as a lead consultant for a completed Mixed - Use Apartment Building Development with BUA greater than 45,000 Sqm.
