نطاق العمل والمواصفات:
يشتمل نطاق عمل مشروع تجميل دوار ولي العهد أعمال هدم وإزالة معالم الموقع الحالية وتنظيف الموقع والتخلص
من المخلفات. والتي تتكون من إنشاء حاجز من الجدار الخرساني لصد التربة وجميع الأعمال المرتبطة بالتربة من إزالة
وحفر وتسوية ودفان، بالاضافة الى أعمال الحدائق الانشائية، وأعمال تنسيق الحدائق، ونظام شبكة الري الاتوماتيكي
وتوصيله مع الخزان شبكة الري ، وأعمال الإضاءة والكهرباء وجميع الأعمال المرتبطة بها.
مــــــدة التعاقــــد: أربعة أشهر فقط
المقاولين/المزودين المؤهلين:
الشركات المؤهلة لدى وزارة الأشغال لمشاريع تشييد المباني – الدرجة D وأعلى
(ie. “AA”,“A”, “B”,’C’ ‘D’)
أو
الشركات المؤهلة لدى وزارة الأشغال لأعمال تنسيق الحدائق والمسطحات الخضراء – الدرجة AA فقط

Scope of Work:
The Works shall be referred to as the BEAUTIFICATION OF WALI AL AHAD ROUNDABOUT which comprises of the following Demolition and Alteration Works includes removal or demolition of existing site features, clearance and disposal of waste. Proposed new works include, construction of Retaining walls, filling and earth works, New Hard Landscaping works, Soft Landscaping works, Irrigation Network System with Automation connecting to Water Tank and Pump room, Lighting and Electrical Works and all associated works as per Tender drawings.
Contract Period: Four (4) Months
Prequalified Contractors:
Prequalified Contractors for Building Construction Projects Grade D and above
(ie. “AA”, “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”)
Or
Prequalified Contractors for Landscaping Projects Grade “AA”

Mandatory Requirement
· The Tenderer must submit the Declaration of Compliance (Appendix C) and Certificate of Independent Price Determination (Appendix D) signed and stamped by the Authorized Representative of the company.
· The Tenderer must submit signed and stamped Schedule of Drawings (included within Section 1 of the Tender Documents) by the Authorized Representative of the Company to declare that his submitted Tender is in accordance with the scope and requirements as per the Drawings issued in the Bahrain Tender Board E-Tendering system including any Drawing amendments issued under Tender Addenda (if any).
Failure to submit either one of the above documents will result in disqualification of the Tender.
· The Tenderer must have a valid prequalification approval / license for the category mentioned in the tender advertisement from “Ministry of Works” before the Tender Publish Date. Tenderers without a valid prequalification approval / license or expired license will be disqualified.
