| 1.1 | EXPERIENCE: |
BIDDER/ CONSULTANT must have successfully completed the provision of Engineering Services on its own directly without formation of Joint Venture, Consortium or Collaboration to Petroleum/Petrochemical Client Companies in Gulf/Middle East. The provided services must be of various disciplines with a minimum of Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering. Details of Consultancy Services provided during the past TEN (10) years to be submitted.
Note: Any proposals submitted as Joint Ventures or intention to form Joint Ventures shall be rejected. |
Submit the details of specific and relevant experience in Petroleum/ Petrochemical industry as mentioned above, including the value, duration, location etc., client details, and credentials from the clients etc. in the format as mentioned in the tender APPENDIX “C”.
Bid shall be evaluated based on the submitted information and documentation only. |
| 1.2 | EXPERIENCE: |
| The bidder/ Consultant shall have executed FEED and/or Detailed Engineering for key process refinery units like CDU / VDU, Hydroprocessing, SRU etc., for at least 3 projects over the last 5 years with an estimated contract value of minimum USD 3 million each. |
Submit the details of FEED and/ or Detailed Engineering works carried out including the details like Description, Industry, Client details, Value of the Contract, Duration / Year of execution, to be filled in APPENDIX“E”.
Bid shall be evaluated based on the submitted information and documentation only. |
| 1.3 | LOCATION: |
| BIDDER / CONSULTANT must have a Home Office located in proximity to Bapco Refinery such that the Consultant staff can make day visits by road at short notices to cater to urgent requirements, at no extra cost to Company, and also enable Company staff to attend meetings at Consultant's home office as and when required. |
| A Valid Copy of the BIDDER /CONSULTANT’S Commercial Registration Certificate must be attached. |
| 1.4 | QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: |
| The Bidder shall have an established Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001-2015 or in the process of certification/revalidation. Bidder shall submit a copy of ISO 9001certificate, or their existing system documentation is to be submitted. |
