يتضمن المشروع تنفيذ أعمال استبدال العوازل المائية للأسطح مع عشر سنوات ضمان لخمس مستودعات طبية مركزية للحفاظ على المعدات والأصول الطبية بالإضافة إلى صيانة التشققات واصلاح النوافذ والصباغة وغيرها من الأعمال ذات العلاقة.

The bidder is required to do the following to be considered as fully compliant otherwise their
tender will not consider for Technical & Financial Evaluation:
1. Fill the required and requested information in the appendices form
(sign and stamp are required for Appendices Form C (Declaration of Compliance),
D (Certificate of Independent Price Determination) &
E (Site Inspection Declaration) & Form of Tender without any conditions.
NOTE: Only Prequalified Contractors, with valid Prequalification as mentioned in the Tender Advertisement on the Tender issue date are considered in Full Compliance. As such, any Tender submitted with an expired Pre-qualification License on the date this tender was issued is deemed as a non-compliant bid.
