Tender Description

The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) aims to restore and strengthen ten houses in Al Qalaa village as a model for preservation, restoration, and reuse. The project includes supervision and execution of restoration and structural works. Contractors will handle demolition of unoriginal structures, reinforcement of walls and roofs, plastering, and preparing conduits for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations. All work must follow heritage conservation standards, ensuring the preservation of the site’s historical integrity. Contractors must have experience in heritage restoration, structural reinforcement, and MEP coordination to ensure high-quality execution.
