Mandatory Requirement
Offers not complying with the mandatory requirement shall be rejected and will not be considered for evaluation:
• The bidder or its delivery partner must hold at least SAP Gold Partner Certification. Proof of certification must be provided.
• The bidder must have successfully executed minimum two (2) SuccessFactors AMS projects since 2020. Ongoing AMS engagements are also acceptable, provided the bidder clearly states the project start date and current status. Proof shall be provided in the form of client completion certificates or client reference letters for completed projects, and client confirmation letters or equivalent documentary evidence for ongoing projects.
