The Equal Opportunities Committee of the Tender Board convened its third periodic meeting of the year, chaired by Eng. Reema Isa Al-Saffar, Director of the Technical Evaluation Department.
During the meeting, the Committee reviewed key achievements of the programs and initiatives within the approved operational plan, which aims to promote equal gender opportunities in the workplace and increase women's participation across various functions of the Board. This aligns with the National Plan for the Advancement of Bahraini Women (2025-2026).
The Committee reaffirmed its commitment to implementing approved initiatives and monitoring the application of policies that support equality and equal opportunities, in achievement of the Board’s objectives to foster a fair and motivating work environment that encourages active participation from all employees.
