Propose an efficient and best of breed solution that enhances existing components on Bahrain.BH, front-end services and back-end systems/services, and the bidder will be required to do a thorough analysis and design of the enhanced Bahrain.BH service and processes in addition on what MOJ will provide to the successful bidder and any variation or scope change will be totally out of MOJ responsibility and will not include any extra costs and / or payment arrangements. The scope will include integrating the current systems with entities involved in the project in the enhanced Bahrain.BH service This section illustrates the RFP scope of work for that includes all professional services required to deliver the scope including all services that are not limited to: project management, solution architecture, design, development, implementation, training, testing, quality control, data migration, interfaces, integration, support, and operations. Bidders should provide detailed answers in the RFP Technical and Financial responses to illustrate Bidder’s understanding of MOJ requirements as well as the Bidder capabilities to perform the required services. The high-level scope of this RFP is the development and Implementation of a solution that will include: 

• The development and implementation of the improved lease contract registration eService Bahrain.BH service. • Integration with the relevant entities systems. 

• Support and maintenance of the whole solution after the successful launching for the whole enhanced Bahrain.BH service and services for a period of three years 

• Data Migration plan. 

• Training and knowledge transfer components are mandatory. The Ministry reserves the right during any stage of the project to appoint a reasonable number of suitably qualified trainees to be trained.

• إعداد وتنفيذ خطة لترحيل البيانات.
• تضمين مكونات التدريب ونقل المعرفة كعنصر أساسي.
وتحتفظ الوزارة بحقها في أي مرحلة من المشروع في تعيين عدد مناسب من المتدربين المؤهلين للمشاركة في التدريب.
