Tender Description

Bahrain Polytechnic is requesting the renovation and upgrading of Campus B specifically Building 2 and Building 7 to improve functionality aesthetics and sustainability The work includes the following mobilization and commencement of work providing skips to collect waste materials renovation of toilets providing safety measures signage and fencing dismantling existing sanitary fittings doors mirrors lighting exhaust fans and carting away debris dismantling existing ceilings floor tiles and wall tiles including screed and carting away debris raising the existing toilet block wall to ceiling height using 100 x 200 x 400 mm blocks plastering the new wall and the area where tiles were removed with a 1:4 cement and sand mortar to receive new wall tiles providing electrical lighting for ceiling lights external lights and wall lights providing a new water line with PEX pipes and a drainage line using approved quality UPVC pipes and providing waterproofing with a 4mm two-layer.Details at RFP
