سوف يستبعد العطاء الذي تقل فيه مدة الضمان الفني عن 24 شهر من تاريخ التركيب الفعلي للوحات التعريفية وليس التوريد وينظر في العطاء الذي لا تقل فيه مدة الضمان الفني عن 24 شهراً في ضوء المواصفات الفنية والاشتراطات المدرجة بمستندات المناقصة.
سوف يستبعد العطاء الذي تزيد فيه مدة توفير وتركيب اللوحات التعريفية عن مائة وعشرون (120) يوماً، وينظر في العطاء الذي لا تزيد فيه مدة التوريد عن مائة وعشرون (120) يوماً.
سوف يستبعد العطاء الذي يمتنع عن تسليم عينة واحدة (نموذج مصغر) من اللوحات التعريفية بمقاس 175سم ×50 سم ، على أن تكون تلك العينة هي اللوحة الخاصة بمدرسة (مدرسة عمر بن الخطاب الابتدائية الإعدادية بنين) على أن تكون مطابقة للمواصفات الفنية المطلوبة وذلك بإدارة الخدمات (إدارة المواد والتجهيزات سابقاً)، وذلك قبل موعد اقفال المناقصة المناقصة .

The bid in which the technical warranty period is less than 24 months from the date of the actual installation of the sign boards and not the supply will be excluded. The bid in which the period of supply and installation of sign boards exceeds one hundred and twenty (120) days will be excluded, and the bid in which the supply period does not exceed one hundred and twenty (120) days will be considered.
The bidder that refuses to submit a single sample (miniature model) of sign board to , Services Department (formerly the Materials and Equipment Department) befor the closing of the tender, measuring 175 cm X 50 cm, for the school (OMAR BIN AL KHATTAB PRIMARY AND INTERMEDIATE BOYS SCHOOL), as same as the required technical specifications , in the tender documents, will be excluded.
The bid that submits specifications less than those stated in the tender documents will be excluded
