Description:
The project include civil and structural maintenance works such as internal and external painting, cracks repair, repair of ceilings and floorings, repair and replacement of doors and windows and renovation of toilets. In addition to the above, the mechanical works such as development of water networks, replacement of water tanks and electrical works such as additional electrical power room, replacement of distribution boards, lights, and all associated works.

Mandatory Requirements:
The bidder is required to do/meet the following Mandotary Criteria to be considered as fully compliant otherwise their tender will not consider for Technical & Financial Evaluation:
1. Fill the required and requested information in the appendices form
(sign and stamp are required for Appendices Form C (Declaration of Compliance),
D (Certificate of Independent Price Determination) &
E (Site Inspection Declaration) & Form of Tender without any conditions.
NOTE: Only Prequalified Contractors, with valid Prequalification as mentioned in the
Tender Advertisement on the Tender issue date are considered in Full Compliance. As
such, any Tender submitted with an expired Pre-qualification License on the date this
tender was issued is deemed as a non-compliant bid.
