Use of GRE pipe manufactured with C-glass reinforced lining and fittings in oily water drainage pipes and fittings. GRE pipes and fittings shall be manufactured by a qualified pipe manufacturer with an approved in-house quality assurance and quality control program such as Bondstrand, Amipox or equivalent. The manufacturer shall have local professional resources available to provide field service support, supervisory engineers, training procedures and techniques as needed to support the construction process.

EXPERIENCE: Bidder (or its Principal in case Bidder is an authorized representative of manufacturer) shall have proven experience of manufacturing Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) pipes for a period of at least Ten (10) years and has a testing facility at their manufacturing unit to carry out various quality assurance tests to comply to code requirements. Bidder shall have successfully completed supply of GRE pipes for a single project of a value not less than USD100,000 (USD One hundred thousand) in the last Ten (10) years. Bidder shall provide with their bid, for review by the Company as part of the bid evaluation process, a proof of their previous experiences relevant to the above requirement such as reference letter/s, copies of purchase orders or contracts, showing value of the project, Contract date & duration, etc. in Appendix-A
