تعلن مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري عن طرح مناقصة لتصميم وبناء وإدارة جناح "فريق البحرين" في معرض سيتي سكيب البحرين 2025، الذي يقدّم تجربة متميزة تحت شعار "ارتقِ بحياتك"، حيث يمكن للزوار استكشاف المشاريع العقارية الرائدة في المملكة بما يتوافق مع طموحاتهم، مع الانغماس في الثقافة الغنية للمملكة ومجتمعها الحيوي. يعكس جناح "فريق البحرين" رؤية وطنية متكاملة ويضم ست جهات حكومية تحت جناح واحد متماسك، بما يعزز الابتكار والجودة وحياة أفضل للمجتمع.
يتعين على المقاول تقديم ثلاثة تصميمات مبتكرة للجناح على مستوى طابق واحد، بحيث يكون مرئيًا بوضوح للزوار ويوفر انسيابية في حركة الزوار داخل الجناح، مع تخصيص مناطق لكل جهة حكومية، بما في ذلك مناطق عرض النماذج والمشاريع العقارية. يجب دمج تقنيات ذكية وشاشات تفاعلية، شبكة واي فاي عالية السرعة، وخط إنترنت مخصص لكل جهة.
تشمل مسؤوليات المقاول بناء الجناح على مساحة 360 متر مربع، مقسمًا إلى ثلاثة أجزاء تستضيف كل منها جهتين حكوميتين، وتجهيز محطات المشاركين، مناطق الضيافة (مقهى تقليدي وحديث)، المجلس، الأثاث المناسب للأنشطة المختلفة، وتوفير تخزين خفي للمواد الترويجية والمعدات.
كما يتحمل المقاول مسؤولية المساندة والدعم الفني خلال الجلسات الحوارية التي ستنعقد ضمن نفس القاعة، بما في ذلك توفير الطاقم الفني، التنسيق مع مقدمي الجلسات، والصيانة والتنظيف. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تشمل مسؤولياته الخدمات اللوجستية للنماذج والمعدات قبل وبعد المعرض، الضيافة اليومية ، النقل للضيوف المهمين، تصميم وإنتاج الهدايا والدروع الرسمية، وتقديم خيارات مقاوليين فرعيين ذوي خبرة لكل جزء من المشروع.تهدف المناقصة إلى اختيار مقاول قادر على تقديم جناح مبتكر، متكامل، وآمن يعكس هوية وطنية موحدة ويوفر تجربة استثنائية للزوار خلال المعرض

Real Estate Regulatory Authority announces the tender for the design, construction, and management of the "Team Bahrain" Pavilion at Cityscape Bahrain 2025, which offers a distinguished experience under the theme "Elevate Your Living", where visitors can explore the Kingdom’s pioneering real estate projects in line with their aspirations, while immersing themselves in the Kingdom’s rich culture and vibrant community. The "Team Bahrain" Pavilion reflects a comprehensive national vision and includes six government entities under one cohesive pavilion, enhancing innovation, quality, and a better life for the community.
The contractor must submit three innovative designs for the pavilion on a single floor, ensuring clear visibility to visitors and smooth flow inside the pavilion, with dedicated areas for each government entity, including zones for exhibiting models and real estate projects. Smart technologies and interactive screens, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated internet line for each entity must be integrated.
The contractor’s responsibilities include building the pavilion over an area of 360 square meters, divided into three sections, each hosting two government entities, preparing participant stations, hospitality areas (traditional and modern café), the majlis, suitable furniture for various activities, and providing hidden storage for promotional materials and equipment.
The contractor is also responsible for technical support during panel discussions held within the same hall, including providing technical staff, coordination with session presenters, and maintenance and cleaning. Additionally, responsibilities include logistics for models and equipment before and after the exhibition, daily hospitality, transportation for VIP guests, design and production of official gifts and awards, and providing options for experienced subcontractors for each part of the project.
The tender aims to select a contractor capable of delivering an innovative, integrated, and safe pavilion that reflects a unified national identity and provides an exceptional experience for visitors during the exhibition.

The bidder who does not provide the below mandatory requirements will not be evaluated and will be considered disqualified.

The contract will be awarded based on a combined evaluation of both technical and financial proposals. The technical evaluation will account for 60% of the total score, considering the pavilion design, compliance with specifications, and company profile. The financial evaluation will account for 40%, assessing cost efficiency and value for money.
Partial Awarding is not allowed. Only bids that fully comply with all mandatory requirements and cover the complete scope of the pavilion will be considered for award.

سيتم منح العقد بناءً على تقييم مشترك لكل من العرض الفني والمالي. يشكل التقييم الفني 60٪ من الدرجة الإجمالية، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار تصميم الجناح، والالتزام بالمواصفات، والسجل للشركة. يشكل التقييم المالي 40٪، مع تقييم كفاءة التكلفة والقيمة مقابل المال.
لا يُسمح بالإرساء الجزئي. سيتم النظر فقط في العروض التي تستوفي جميع المتطلبات الإلزامية وتغطي كامل نطاق جناح البحرين.
