Scope of Work in English & Arabic
Bapco Refining currently operates six treating units, which uses amine as solvents for treating offgas streams. As part of the Bapco Modernization Project (BMP), six more amine-based units will be added to the refinery. In total, Bapco Refining will operate 12 amine treating units. The amine-based units use activated carbon beds as a filtering media to remove contaminants such as oil and particulates from the circulating amine. This is necessary to maintain the amine quality. The activated carbon in each filter must be periodically replaced because it becomes saturated with contaminants during normal operation, and becomes spent. If the spent carbon is not replaced, it will allow contaminants’ level to increase in the amine system, and the unit will face operational issues, and this may lead to unit upset and equipment damage, and possible shutdown of the unit.

ﻭﺍﻟﺠﺴﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻣﻴﻦ ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﻳﺎً ﻟﻠﺤﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻮﺩﺓ ﺍﻷﻣﻴﻦ ﻳﺠﺐ ﺍﺳﺘﺒﺪﺍﻝ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺑﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺸﻂ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﺩﻭﺭﻱ ﺑﺴﺒﺐ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺒﻊ
ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻠﻮﺛﺎﺕ ﺃﺛﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﻐﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺩﻱ ﻭﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺑﻮﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻝ ﻣﺴﺘﻨﻔﺪًﺍ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺍﺳﺘﺒﺪﺍﻝ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺑﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻨﻔﺪ ﻓﺴﻮﻑ ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﺰﻳﺎﺩﺓ
ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻮﺛﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻷﻣﻴﻦ ﻭﺳﺘﻮﺍﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﻮﺣﺪﺓ ﻣﺸﺎﻛﻞ ﺗﺸﻐﻴﻠﻴﺔ ﻣﻤﺎ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺆﺩﻱ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﺿﻄﺮﺍﺏ ﺍﻟﻮﺣﺪﺓ ﻭﺗﻠﻒ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺪﺍﺕ، ﻭﺭﺑﻤﺎ ﺇﻳﻘﺎﻑ

Mandatory Criteria in English & Arabic:
The Bidder or Bidder's agent shall provide the following details along with documentary evidence. Only the bids complying with all Mandatory Criteria will be considered for technical and commercial evaluation.
1.1 Material Specifications: The Bidder shall provide the laboratory Certificate of Analysis(COA) from the manufacturer, which was tested and issued in 2024 or2025.
Note: The technical datasheet will not be acceptable.
The COA must include all specifications requested in the RFP. Any material that does not comply with Bapco Refining specifications will be disqualified.

ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺔ: ﻟﻦ ﻳﺘﻢ ﻗﺒﻮﻝ ﻭﺭﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ ﻛﺒﺪﻳﻞ ﻟﺸﻬﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﺒﺮﻳﺔ
ﻳﺠﺐ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺘﻀﻤﻦ ﺷﻬﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺑﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻃﻠﺒﺖ ﻗﺪﻳﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﻭﺽ، ﻭﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﺍﺳﺘﺒﻌﺎﺩ ﻣﻘﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﻄﺎﺀ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺃﻧﻪ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺮﻭﺿﺔ ﻻ
ﺗﺘﻮﺍﻓﻖ ﻣﻊ ﻣﻮﺍﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ ﺑﺎﺑﻜﻮ ﻟﻠﺘﻜﺮﻳﺮ.
