Two (2) Phase International Public Tender - Supply of Crude Oil Custody Transfer Metering Skid (CTMS). Company carried out a feasibility study by third party to find the best practices followed in oil and gas industries for crude oil custody transfer measurement. The feasibility study report for same was issued in Dec 2023 and it calls for installation of crude oil custody transfer metering skid (CTMS) at Bapco Upstream premises. Accordingly, it is decided by company to install a CTMS system with all required accessories as per international standards.
The following criteria's must be considered, but not limited to:
1- Supplier shall provide written compliance to Scope of Work
2- Supplier shall confirm calibration / certification of the the Ultrasonic Flow Meter at IEC / ISO 17025 accredited 3rd Party facility
3- Supplier shall confirm that the proposed Make for all the individual components of the CTMS are sourced from reputed OEMs with at least 5 years proven track record.
4- SUPPLIER shall confirm compliance to supply the CTMS (*) complete with
--> Metering Stream Skid
--> Auto-Sampler System
--> Bi-Directional Prover
--> Two (2) Stream Flow Computers in redundant configuration
--> One (1) Flow Computer for the Bi-Directional Prover
--> One (1) Control System for Sequencing Operation
--> All other instrumentation and accessories in-line with the Scope of Work
مناقصة عامة دولية على مرحلتين (2) - توريد لوح قياس نقل النفط الخام (CTMS). أجرت الشركة دراسة جدوى من قبل طرف ثالث للعثور على أفضل الممارسات المتبعة في صناعات النفط والغاز لقياس نقل ملكية النفط الخام. تم إصدار تقرير دراسة الجدوى لذلك في ديسمبر 2023، ويدعو إلى تركيب لوح قياس نقل النفط الخام (CTMS) في مباني بابكو للاستكشاف والإنتاج. وعليه فقد قررت الشركة تركيب نظام CTMS مع كافة الملحقات المطلوبة حسب المعايير العالمية.
