Tender Description

Ministry of Works (The Ministry) is intended to renew maintenance and support on hardware and software of existing firewall infrastructure which are being deployed within the Ministry environment as per listed in the tender requirements. The Contractor is requested to provide Premium Support for the hardware and software support maintenance coverage of the following Palo Alto Network equipment for one-year term contract.

            تهدف وزارة الأشغال إلى تجديد دعم و صيانة الأجهزة والبرامج الخاصة بالبنية التحتية للجدار الناري المسؤول عن الحماية الأمنية في الوضع الراهن والتي تستخدم في الوزارة وفقا لمتطلبات المناقصة يطلب من المزود تقديم دعم متميز لتغطية صيانة دعم الأجهزة والبرامج لمعدات شبكة بالو ألتو المرفقة لمدة عام واحد   

     

     يجب على مقدم العطاء أن يكون لديه سجل تجاري صادر عن وزارة الصناعة والتجارة والسياحة يتضمن احدى الأنشطة التالية كما هو مذكور في إعلان المناقصة :   

 

• أنشطة البرمجة الحاسوبية  نشاط رقم (6201(
• أنشطة الخبرة الاستشارية الحاسوبية وإدارة المرافق الحاسوبية نشاط رقم (6202)

                                            أو ما يعادله من نشاط معتمد من وزارة الأشغال 

- 1   يجب  ان يكون صاحب العطاء/المقاول شريكاً أو وكيلاً معتمداً لشبكة بالو ألتو. يجب تقديم شهادة الشراكة الرسمية أو تفويض وكيل سارية المفعول مع رد العطاء والامتثال لتجديد عقود دعم الصيانة لمعدات شبكة PaloAlto كما هو مذكور أدناه

•  3units of PAN-PA-440 Production Firewalls

• Profession License Bundle

•  4units of PAN-PA-220 Production Firewalls

• Premium Support for Panorama 25 devices Renewal

The tenderer must be registered with Ministry of Industry & Commerce with the Business   under one of the following activity name as mentioned in the tender advertisement:

• Computer programming activities (activity No. 6201)
• Computer Consultancy and computer facilities management activities (activity No.6202)

or a related equivalent activity approved by Ministry of Works”

1.  1 .The Bidder/Contractor must be an authorized partner or agent for the Palo Alto Network. The valid official partnership or agent authorization certificate must be submitted with the tender response and Compliance with Renewal of Maintenance Support Contracts of Palo Alto Network Equipment as mentioned below:

• 2 units of PAN-PA-3220 Production Firewalls

• Profession License Bundle

• 3 units of PAN-PA-440 Production Firewalls

• Profession License Bundle

• 4 units of PAN-PA-220 Production Firewalls

• Profession License Bundle

• 1 unit of PAN-PRA-25 Production Panorama Management

• Premium Support for Panorama 25 devices Renewal

2. 2. The Bidder must Have a local representative for on-going after sales support of the proposed solution.
