The diesel generators will be used as power generation source to supply back-up power to the power distribution system of a facility in case the main power fails and to avoid operational interruptions. The following criteria's must be considered, but not limited to:
1) Bidder to confirm by letter compliance with all applicable Codes and Standards referred in the tender specification.
2) Bidder shall have at least ten (10) years of work experience, either locally or regionally in manufacturing and supplying of diesel generator package and familiarity with the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry works. Bidder must submit a document to proof experience with the bid.
3) If Bidder will source materials directly from the Manufacturer, then Bidder has submitted a written confirmation along with Evidence as authorized agent (like agent appointing letter). The complete set of Generator including containerized acoustical enclosure shall be from OEM only.
4) Bidder shall have local or regional representation for supporting troubleshooting and maintenance requirements. Bidder shall include a confirmation letter with the bid.
5) Bidder has provided confirmation for site installation assistance, commissioning assistance and start-up assistance with proof of authorised and certified trained manpower under full time employment who have adequate experience and demonstrated the ability to manage commissioning activities.
