This international public tender is to procure economy class blankets for inflight service for a contractual period of three years.

Knock-out Criteria

  

1. Proposals with nosamples will be disqualified. All samples to be delivered directly toProcurement Department at Gulf Air headquarters before the closing date ofthe tender.

 

2. Samples shouldcomply with the Mandatory Specifications mentioned in Appendix A (avariation in size within +/- 10% is acceptable), proposals with samplesthat don’t comply to Appendix A and the acceptable variation will bedisqualified.

 

3. Suppliers who failthe wash and heat test (10 cycles) will be disqualified, a fail is definedif the shrinkage is not within the acceptable limit (5 cm in width orlength – not combined).

 

4. Suppliers who donot score at least 10% out of 25% in the overall quality evaluation(excluding lead time) will be disqualified and will not be financiallyevaluated.

 

5. Suppliers shallensure to mention the delivery point in their proposal to either Bahrainor Gulf Air store.

 

6. Internationalsuppliers to clearly mention delivery by CNF/CIF/DDP/Gulf Air stores,Bahrain. FOB and ex-works are not acceptable.

Local supplier to clearly mention delivery to Gulf Air stores in their proposal.

 

Notes on the wash test:

Gulf Air will be conducting the wash and heat test through 10 cycles and providing a detailed report of before and after results.

تهدف هذه المناقصة العامة الدولية إلى شراء بطانيات من الدرجة الاقتصادية لخدمة الرحلات الجوية لفترة تعاقدية مدتها ثلاث سنوات.

1. سيتم استبعاد المقترحات التي لا تحتوي على عينات. يتم تسليم جميع العينات مباشرة إلى قسم المشتريات بالمقر الرئيسي لشركة طيران الخليج قبل تاريخ إغلاق المناقصة.

2. يجب أن تتوافق العينات مع المواصفات الإلزامية المذكورة في الملحق أ (الاختلاف في الحجم خلال +/- 10٪ مقبول)، وسيتم استبعاد المقترحات التي تحتوي على عينات لا تتوافق مع الملحق أ والاختلاف المقبول.

3. سيتم استبعاد الموردين الذين يفشلون في اختبار الغسيل والحرارة (10 دورات)، ويتم تعريف الفشل إذا لم يكن الانكماش ضمن الحد المقبول (5 سم في العرض أو الطول - غير مدمج).

4. سيتم استبعاد الموردين الذين لم يسجلوا ما لا يقل عن 10% من 25% في تقييم الجودة الشاملة (باستثناء المهلة الزمنية) ولن يتم تقييمهم ماليًا.

5. يجب على الموردين التأكد من ذكر نقطة التسليم في عرضهم إما إلى متجر البحرين أو طيران الخليج.

6. يجب على الموردين الدوليين أن يذكروا بوضوح التسليم عن طريق متاجر طيران الخليج، البحرين. 

يجب على المورد المحلي أن يذكر بوضوح التسليم إلى متاجر طيران الخليج في عرضه.

* ستقوم طيران الخليج بإجراء اختبار الغسيل والحرارة خلال عشر دورات وتقديم تقرير مفصل عن النتائج قبل وبعد.
