Gulf Air is seeking to procure Routable Plastic Trays and Economy Class Service Ware for a period of three (3) years Gulf Air has provided in the RFP the required specifications and the successful bidder is expected to clearly meet all the requirements as specified. The RFP should be read carefully, and all requirements should be clearly met.
Knock-Out Criteria:
1. Proposals with no samples will be disqualified, all samples to be delivered directly to Procurement Department at Gulf Air Headquarters before the closing date of the tender.
2. The samples can be provided at any size for evaluation purposes provided the specs will remain the same, with a guarantee from the selected supplier/s that once awarded they are willing to create a new mold to meet our required measurements.
3. Suppliers of Routable Trays, Routable Bowl, and Routable Casserole Only, who do not pass the dishwasher test (10 Cycles), not passing is a result of the item chipping, discoloring, melting, disfigured, or getting any indentation, will be disqualified.
4. Suppliers who score below 5 out of 15, in the quality evaluation will be disqualified and will not be financially evaluated.
5. Suppliers of Routable Casserole and Foil Lid Only, who do not pass the oven test (10 Cycles), not passing is a result of the item chipping, discoloring, melting, disfigured, or getting any indentation will be disqualified.
6. Suppliers to clearly mention the delivery terms. Suppliers who do not mention the delivery mode in their proposal will be disqualified:

يمكن تقديم العينات بأي حجم لأغراض التقييم بشرط أن تظل المواصفات كما هي ، مع ضمان من المورد / الموردين المختارين الذين بمجرد منحهم على استعداد لإنشاء قالب جديد لتلبية القياسات المطلوبة لدينا.
3. سيتم استبعاد موردي الصواني القابلة للتوجيه ، والوعاء القابل للتوجيه ، والكسرولة القابلة للتوجيه فقط ، الذين لا يجتازون اختبار غسالة الأطباق (10 دورات) ، وعدم النجاح هو نتيجة لتقطيع العنصر أو تغير لونه أو ذوبانه أو تشويهه أو الحصول على أي مسافة بادئة
سيتم استبعاد الموردين الذين حصلوا على درجات أقل من 5 من أصل 15 في تقييم الجودة ولن يتم تقييمهم ماليًا.
سيتم استبعاد موردي الكسرولة القابلة للتوجيه وغطاء الرقائق فقط، الذين لم يجتازوا اختبار الفرن (10 دورات)، وكان عدم اجتيازهم نتيجة لتقطيع المنتج أو تغير لونه أو ذوبانه أو تشويهه أو ظهور أي مسافة بادئة
